LSU Employees Recognized at Fall Commencement

BATON ROUGE – Nineteen LSU employees were recognized at the university’s 297th commencement
exercises on Friday, Dec. 14, where 1,950 students graduated.
There is no main ceremony for December commencement, so each college held separate ceremonies to recognize their own individual students. Of the 19 employees who graduated, one earned a bachelor’s degree, 11 earned a master’s degree, and eight earned a doctoral degree (Note: Rebecca Acosta Burdette earned both a master’s degree and a Ph.D.).
