February 10, 2017

BATON ROUGE - LSU students Lee McCalman, petroleum engineering major, Kyle McKenzie, petroleum engineering major, Carmen Calderon, international trade & finance and french major, Matt Felger, finance major, and Justin Martin, general business major, represented the E. J. Ourso College of Business at the 2017 NAPE Summit in Houston.

Held each February, the NAPE Summit is a networking event that brings together individuals "necessary to forge, facilitate, and close deals." In the upstream oil and gas business, it is the largest event of its kind in the world.

The students were on hand - along with Chris Coombs, energy advisor in the Department of Economics - to deliver information and detail their own experiences in the Energy Program at the E. J. Ourso College.
