Richard Alario
Chairman, President, and CEO
Key Energy

Richard Alario is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Key Energy Services (NYSE: KEG). Alario joined Key in August 2004 from BJ Services, where he was vice president. He has a distinguished career in international markets, having held top-level positions managing oilfield service businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Alario is chairman ex-officio of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA). He is a director of Kirby Corporation (NYSE: KEX) and chairman of its corporate governance and nominating committee. He is also a director of DistributionNOW (NYSE: DNOW), chairman of its compensation committee, and a member of its corporate governance and nominating committee. He is a member of the Forever LSU Foundation, the American Association of Drilling Engineers, and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association. Previously, Alario served on the board of directors of the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, and the LSU Department of Petroleum Engineering Advisory Council.

In 2008, Alario was named Ernst & Young’s "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the Energy category for the Gulf Coast Region.

Cornelius Dupré

Dupré Interests

Cornelius Dupré is the chairman of Dupré Interests, an investment and private equity firm, serving in that capacity since founding the company in 2004. He has also served on the board of directors of Caza Oil & Gas Inc., a publicly-held company trading on the AIM and the Toronto Stock Exchange, since April 2008. Previously, Dupré served as senior vice president of sales and marketing of National Oilwell Inc. (July 1999 to May 2004) and as founder, chairman, and CEO of Dupré Companies, a group of oilfield services companies, from November 1981 until the company's merger with National Oilwell Inc. in July 1999. He belongs to a number of industry groups, as well as charitable and community organizations, including: the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, IPAA, Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, International Association Drilling Contractors, and the National Ocean Industries Association (member of the board), among others.

In 1980, Dupré graduated from LSU with a bachelor of science, received his Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, and received a JD from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Maynard Holt

Maynard Holt serves as co-president of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. LLC and leads the firm’s upstream advisory business. Holt was previously a managing director with Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked in leveraged and structured finance (1994 to 1998) and energy and power/natural resources (1999 to 2007). Holt holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and Russian from Rice University and a master’s in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Matt McCarroll

Fieldwood Energy

Matt McCarroll is founder, president, and CEO of Fieldwood Energy LLC, a portfolio company of Riverstone Holdings LLC. Fieldwood has completed two material acquisitions in the Gulf of Mexico over the past six months and is the largest operator and lease holder in the shallow-water Gulf of Mexico. McCarroll was previously founder, president, and CEO of Dynamic Offshore Resources; president of Maritech Resources; and a senior vice president of Plains Resources. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration and finance from LSU and serves on numerous industry associations.
