2017 United Way Campaign

LSU is proud to partner with Capital Area United Way for our annual campaign, running September 5 – December 5, 2017.

LSU Faculty and Staff can join us in giving though payroll deduction or a one-time gift, to support Capital Area United Way’s mission of improving lives in our community.

Capital Area United Way (CAUW) advances the common good by focusing on education, income stability, healthy living, and basic needs. They partner with 49 local agencies and 71 local programs to address the most critical needs of the 10 parish capital region. CAUW’s community partners are selected and evaluated by volunteers, and submit data-based results on a quarterly basis. These partners receive funding, access to volunteers, and support from United Way that allows them to grow each year. CAUW’s unique network of local organizations fights for the full potential of every individual in every community.

LSU is committed to giving back to our community – the 2017 United Way Campaign is one way you can join us. Please visit your WorkDay account if you would like to donate, or contact unitedway@lsu.edu if you have any questions about the campaign.
